Battlelands are a family-run outdoor paintballing operator, located in Ewyas Harold centrally on the Welsh border between the towns of Hereford and Abergavenny. The site is situated amongst a beautiful habitat and has great views of the surrounding hills especially the black mountains.
Our fantastic 60 acre playing area is very diverse and has many different area types such as woodland, grasslands and marshes. All of our marshals are very experienced and well trained. We strive to accommodate any group of paintballers and pay particular attention to the safety of our groups.
If you’re looking to have a fun day out paintballing then why not come to us. We are the most affordable priced site in Herefordshire and offer great deals for birthday parties, stag do’s and corporate days. We are the perfect activity for anyone looking for a great day out.
Our site is the perfect venue for corporate and school groups who are looking for team building; hen, stag and birthday parties looking for a memorable way to celebrate; plus groups of friends who’d like to break out of their normal routine with an action-packed day out.
Unlike most paintball sites our prices always include the first 100 paintballs. Be very wary of sites that offer you an entrance fee without paintballs included.
We can do a full day option but most groups are completely satisfied with a half day session because the action is non stop.
- All players must be aged 12 and over to join in the fun.
- We can accommodate group sizes from 2 to 60 players.
- Exclusivity is offered to groups of 16 players or over.
- We try, where possible, to put younger groups separate to older ones.

With Hay-on-Wye a close neighbour to the village of Dorstone, the valley winds down through Peterchurch, Vowchurch and Abbey Dore to Ewyas Harold at the south of the Golden Valley. These time-forgotten villages are set in some of the most untouched Herefordshire countryside you could ever hope to see.
