Join the staff and residents of Gwen Walford & Hampton Grange Care Homes on Sunday, 28th July at 10.00am as they walk to raise funds for St Michael’s Hospice. This walk is also in honour of two cherished residents, Tom and Joe, who lived at Gwen Walford.
